Her experience as a licensed insurance adjuster provided firsthand knowledge of the complexities involved in evaluating and resolving property and liability claims — a foundation that now strengthens her legal strategies in representing clients facing similar issues.

In addition, Sanja served as President of a Homeowners Association, where she navigated the practical challenges of community governance, budgeting, enforcement of governing documents, and balancing the needs of diverse homeowners. This experience allows her to advise clients — including HOAs and individual homeowners — with both legal precision and practical, real-world understanding.
